Cold bottles and buckets of fried chicken hit the table. Smashed potatoes crisped with garlic and herbs, a crunchy broccolini salad with lemon and toasted breadcrumb, snap peas with pistachio and pecorino, bright greens, warm olives, pickles, and Parker House rolls fill it out.
It’s a full spread, meant to be passed, piled high, and gone back to. We’ll start you with a welcome pour. After that, rosé is available all night in every form. Still, sparkling, and in cocktail form, by the glass or by the bottle. A full beverage list will also be available, but this menu is built with rosé in mind.
