Cooking Class: Fresh Mozzarella

In this hands-on class, we’ll explore the process of making fresh mozzarella from curd while learning how heat, stretching, folding, and temperature work together to create soft, delicate cheese.

Together, we’ll shape fresh mozzarella, season summer vegetables, and build a large shared table filled with deliciousness. Along the way, we’ll taste a variety of olive oils and vinegars, explore different sea salts, and talk through the small details that bring balance, seasoning, and personality to simple seasonal ingredients.

Expect plenty of olive oil, good wine, summer vegetables, and a table built for passing plates and lingering a little longer than planned.
