The Witlof is a Basque-inspired fusion restaurant. Our scratch kitchen brings traditional Basque dishes to the valley, along with Korean, Spanish, Portuguese, Dutch, and French cuisines, and a sprinkle of whatever inspires our creative team at that moment. Casual fine dining at its finest, complete with craft cocktails, an ever-growing international wine list, and locally produced beer on tap.
