The Distillery Collective is a downtown tasting room inside the Marcus Whitman Hotel featuring locally crafted spirits from DW Distilling and Hetterley’s XXX Distilled Spirits. Tastings include brandy, vodka, moonshine, limoncello, and more made with regional ingredients.
Hours:
Thursday: 3 - 7 PM
Friday: 3 - 6 PM
Saturday: 12 - 6 PM
Sunday: 12 - 5 PM
